FOBK is dedicated to the welfare and re-homing of dogs in our care. We have been operating from our Birkenhead site since 2014 providing the Stray Dog service for Wirral Council.

Adoption & Re-homing
Many dogs find themselves at the Kennels, not because they are bad or dangerous but because, through no fault of their own they have been signed over for re-homing by their owner or have been picked up as a stray.
Volunteering
Volunteers are the lifeblood of our charity. If you are over 18 years of age and interested in applying to become a volunteer for the Friends Of Birkenhead Kennels please email: office@fobk.org.uk or pop into kennels to pick up a volunteer application form.
Donations
We rely on the generosity of our community to fund rescue initiatives and provide the resources needed for our mission.
